General Agreement
These Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use Agreement ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the player ("you" / "user") who accesses, registers an account on, or plays any game on the mmr999 platform (mmr999.bio), and mmr999 ("we" / "the platform").
By accessing the platform, you are considered to have read and agreed to these Terms. Please read this document carefully. If you disagree with any part, do not use the platform.
Eligibility Requirements
2.1 Age Restriction
The mmr999 platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Anyone under 21 may not register an account, make a deposit or play. If a player registers by providing a false age, we reserve the right to close that account immediately and forfeit any remaining balance.
2.2 Individual Accounts
Each person may register one account only. If additional accounts are opened using the same IP address, payment method, or personal details, we may close those accounts and cancel any bonuses and winnings.
2.3 Playing Personally
Players must play using their own account. Handling another person's money to place bets on their behalf (acting as an agent) is strictly prohibited.
Account Registration and Management
3.1 Accurate Information
The information provided when registering — name, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate. Accounts found to have provided false information may be closed without notice and any remaining balance may be voided.
3.2 Password Security
You must keep your account login details secure and must not share them with anyone. Any activity carried out on your account will be treated as your own action. If you notice any unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
We reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) from any player at any time. If the required documents cannot be provided, withdrawals may be suspended.
Deposit Policy
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit per transaction is 10,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount cannot be accepted. Your account balance will only be credited once the deposit is confirmed — please note that pending transactions may take some time to clear.
4.3 Deposit Transparency
Players may only deposit using funds they own. If a deposit is found to have been made using third-party funds, loans, or unauthorised money, we reserve the right to reverse the transaction.
Withdrawal Policy
5.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum withdrawal per transaction is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals below this amount cannot be processed.
5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–30 minutes. This is the standard processing time; please be aware that delays may occur due to verification checks carried out by the payment provider.
5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions
Withdrawals are only permitted once the bonus wagering requirement has been met. We reserve the right to suspend withdrawal access if a player has provided false information or has not completed KYC verification.
Bonus and Promotion Policy
6.1 Welcome Bonus
mmr999 offers a 100% bonus on your first deposit — up to 100,000 Ks. To withdraw winnings from the bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (wagering requirement).
Example:
- Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering required: 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks
- Deposit 220,000 Ks → Bonus 100,000 Ks → Balance 320,000 Ks → Wagering required: 100,000 Ks × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks
6.2 Bonus Wagering Requirement
Winnings earned from a bonus may only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been fully met. Withdrawal requests made before the wagering requirement is completed may be processed after deducting the bonus amount.
6.3 Bonus Restrictions
Each bonus may have a set validity period. Once that period expires, the bonus will be forfeited. Bonus stacking is not allowed — each bonus may only be claimed once.
6.4 Bonus Cancellation Rights
If a player breaches the terms for claiming a bonus, we reserve the right to cancel any bonus without notice.
Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mmr999 platform:
8.1 Money Laundering
Attempting to launder any illicit funds through the platform is not permitted. If such an attempt is detected, the player's account will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.
8.2 Software Hacking and Threats
Using hacking methods, viruses, or malware against the platform, or attempting to breach the server — all of these are strictly prohibited.
8.3 Bots and Automated Play
Using bots or any computer program to automate gameplay is not permitted. If detected, all winnings and remaining balance will be forfeited.
8.4 Advantage Play
Strategies designed to exploit bonus terms (arbitrage, hedge betting, bonus abuse) are prohibited. We monitor such play and may void bonuses and any related winnings.

Service Termination
10.1 Account Closure Requested by the Player
If a player wishes to close their account, they can request this through 24-hour live chat. Any remaining balance will be returned after verification.
10.2 Account Closure by Us
If a player violates these terms, we reserve the right to close the account without prior notice. In such cases, bonuses and related winnings will not be returned — however, the player's own funds will be returned after a proper review.
Limitation of Liability
11.1 Platform Downtime
We may temporarily suspend the service due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control, and we will not compensate for any winnings or playing time lost as a result.
11.2 Gaming Losses
Gaming losses are the player's own responsibility. mmr999 will not refund any gaming losses — cashback through the bonus cashback program is available only when it applies under the relevant policy.
